Phil Brennion - Five year AAW Board member and President for two years, is in need of our help. Physically challenged since 1982, Phil is now a quadriplegic, undergoing extensive physical therapy and in financial difficulty. All net proceeds from this raffle will go to the support of this determined, optimistic and inspirational woodturner. Click on this link to read Phil's story.

Check orders for raffle tickets must be received by the AAW no later than 4:00pm CST Monday, 9 June, 2008. Raffle tickets will also be on sale at the AAW Richmond Symposium, June 19, 20 and 21.

Raffle rules and other information:

  • For those who purchase tickets online, a confirming email will be sent to you from the AAW office in St Paul, with your raffle ticket numbers.
  • Raffle tickets purchased through the mail will be confirmed by US Postal Service mail. Your raffle numbers will be included in this mailing.
  • Raffle tickets purchased at the Richmond Symposium will look like this. Your ticket stub will show your raffle number.
  • The winner will be selected through a random drawing of all tickets purchased, on June 21 at the AAW Richmond Symposium banquet.
  • If the winner is not present at the banquet, they will be contacted by mail or phone to make shipping arrangements.
  • WMH Tool Group will pay shipping to the raffle winner's address within the contiguous USA.
  • Your generous donations to the Phil Brennion Fund Raiser is not tax deductible.
  • This raffle is being sponsored by the Friends of Phil Brennion.
