Loving father of Denise Arizzi (Robert), Laurie Montgomery (the late Lawrence), Michele Bisso (Richard), Lisa Ruland (Stephen), Julie Panzner, Christopher Panzner, Charlene Wulforst (Michael). Cherished grandfather of Erin, Sara, Joseph, Katarina, Charly Anne, Aubrie, Daniel, Maggie, Ryan, Benjamin, Brenndan, Anna, Patrick, Eva and the late Jeffrey. Adored great-grandfather of Suzanna, Patrick, Dylan, Noa, Christopher and Declan. Mr. Panzner was a proud charter member of Knights of Columbus and East Islip Anglers. Charles was also a proud member of the American Legion, East Islip Historical Society, American Association of Woodturners and a Retired Member of the IBEW Local 25.
