Paul Anthony Fiandaca, Acushnet, MA

Paul Anthony Fiandaca, 71 of Acushnet, MA, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 in Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Rebecca (Carter) Fiandaca.

Born in Fitchburg, a son of the late Anthony and Phyllis (Bomba) Fiandaca, he was a long time resident of Acushnet. He was a graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, class of 1968. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving his country proudly. He received the National Defense Service Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal. Paul was employed as a Medical records Technician at Cape Cod Hospital for 25 years.

Paul loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren, he was a proud Army Veteran, an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast: he enjoyed woodturning, travel, and his dog.

In addition to his loving wife Rebecca, he is survived by his sons, Paul A. Fiandaca and his wife Dawn of Centerville, David J. Fiandaca and his wife Becky and Michael Fiandaca and his wife Angela of Derry, NH; his stepdaughters, Susan Mort of Mattapoisett and Stephanie Araujo and her husband Arthur of New Bedford; seven grandchildren, Nicholas, Lauryn, Victoria, Ethan, Michael and Marcie; and two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the father in-law of the late David Mort.
